Long List of Rarities in Heritage FUN Auction

Dallas, TX. A lengthy list of significant American numismatic rarities is included in the catalog for the June 2008 Summer FUN Signature® Auction. The Official Auction will be held in West Palm Beach, June 26-27, with the concluding Internet sessions on June 28-29.

The auction is now posted by Heritage Auction Galleries on their HA.com website, and is available for inspection and bidding.

“The strong market is continuing to bring great rarities onto the Heritage auction block,” commented Heritage President Greg Rohan, “including a 15-piece 1873 Proof Set, Cent through Trade dollar, PR63 to PR65 PCGS (Lot 357); an 1844 $1 PR65 NGC, Ex: Pittman-Kaufman (Lot 1247); an 1880 $4 Flowing Hair, Judd-1657, Pollock-1857, R.6, PR64 PCGS, from the Fern E. Wagner Trust (Lot 1960); an 1860 $5 PR66 Cameo NGC (Lot 2037); an 1832 Half Eagle, 13 Stars, BD-1, High R.5, MS63 PCGS from the Charleston Collection (Lot 1975); an 1801 Eagle, Breen-6843, Taraszka-25, BD-2, MS64 PCGS from the Charleston Collection (Lot 2104); and an 1803 BD-6 Large Stars Reverse Eagle, MS62 NGC, Breen-6845, B. 1-F, Taraszka-32, R.7 (Lot 2106). This auction contains a wide range of rarities at many price levels.”
